Practical case carried out with Odoo Studio to customise a business application without complex development.
The objective was to structure a customer request form with appropriate fields: customer information, type of request, priority, status, responsible person, follow-up date, internal note and estimated amount.

This practical case demonstrates my ability to create a simple application, assign it a name, an icon and a basic structure, in order to meet a specific need such as tracking customer requests or the internal management of an activity.
